    Toyota India launches new variant of Corolla Altis

    Toyota Kiroloskar Motors, the Indian arm of the Japanese automobile manufacturer Toyota has launched a new variant of the Corolla Altis, namely the J(S) variant. The newly launched variant is available in both petrol and diesel versions.

    While the Altis J (S) petrol is being sold by the automaker at a price of Rs 11,74,000 (Ex-showroom Delhi), the diesel J(S) Corolla has a price tag of Rs 13,16,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

    The J(S) variant of the Corolla Altis executive sedan has been positioned above the base J diesel variant and features 2 airbags and 1 touch-screen music system along with USB compatibility. The new petrol variant of the sedan, the J(S) petrol has replaced the existing base J petrol variant and is equipped with similar specifications levels as the J(S) diesel.

    The carmaker has not implemented any changes in the engine of the new sedan variant.
