Accuracy matters at CarsFame. This policy explains how we identify, correct, and disclose errors in our automobile news and reviews.
Our Commitment
We verify key facts — prices, launch dates, specifications, sales figures — against manufacturer announcements, official press releases, and industry data before publishing.
Types of Corrections
Minor Corrections
Typos and formatting fixes that do not change meaning are made silently.
Substantive Corrections
Errors in prices, specifications, dates, or model details are corrected promptly, with an editor’s note where the change is material.
Updates
Automobile news ages fast — prices and lineups change. Articles reflect information available at publication; where we update older pieces, we note the revision.
Report an Error
Email support@carsfame.com with the article URL, the error, and the correct information with a source. We review reports within 3–5 business days.
