Toyota Kirloskar Motor, the Indian arm of the Japanese automobile manufacturer Toyota has announced the launch of the new Corolla Altis for the Indian car market. The petrol version of the car model has been priced at Rs 12,20,000 (Ex-showroom Bangalore) while the diesel version has a price tag of Rs 13,29,000 (Ex-showroom Bangalore).
The new revamped Corolla Altis is the 11th generation of the car model and will be available in five variants for the petrol version. The diesel version will be available in four variants.
Mr. Naomi Ishii Managing Director Toyota Kirloskar Motor commented on the car launch stating that the Corolla has sold more than 4 crore units across the globe and accounts for one in every 5 cars sold by Toyota in 76 years of history.
