Toyota Kirloskar Motor, the Indian arm of the Japanese automaker Toyota has launched the crossover vehicle Etios Cross for the Indian market with an entry level price of Rs 5,76,000 and ranging up to Rs 7,40,000 (Ex-showroom Delhi).
The new crossover car, which has been launched with 3 engine options, will expand the Etios range of cars by the automaker. The car model is also available with both petrol as well as diesel version. The Etios range of cars now comprise of the Etios sedan, the Etios Liva hatchback and now the Etios Cross crossover. The automaker also plans to export the new car model to global auto markets.
Commenting about the launch of the new crossover, Mr. Naomi Ishii Managing Director Toyota Kirloskar Motor stated that the carmaker expects to cash in on the trends in the B car segment which has been witnessing significant growth in the auto industry.
