Hyundai India, the second largest manufacturer and the largest exporter of cars in India has launched a mobile application namely the ‘Hyundai Care’ as a service application for the mobile platforms Android and iOS. The application is aimed to cater to the service requirements and support of the Hyundai customers.
The new mobile application is GPS enabled and provides searching for Hyundai dealers and service centers pan India. It also allows the users to review service history, calculate service costs and insurance charges apart from service reminders and notifications. Road side assistance and the facility of connecting with Hyundai emergency number 24×7 are also part of this application.
Mr. Rakesh Srivastava Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing Hyundai India commented about the application stating the new application will enable the carmaker to provide real time benefits to its customers along with convenience and easy of information access in a transparent manner.
