Honda Cars India has launched its much-awaited sub-4 metre SUV Honda WR-V model in India at priced tag between Rs. 7.75 Lakhs to Rs. 9.99 Lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). The model is available in S and VX variants option in both petrol and diesel engines. The Honda WR-V is the first model developed by Honda R&D India along with Honda R&D., Japan and India is the first market to launch WR-V globally. The model comes with a host of premium features and best fuel efficiency based on the current-gen Jazz.

Honda WR-V Technical Details:
The Honda WR-V is powered by 1.5-litre DOHC i-DTEC diesel engine and 1.2-litre SOHC i-VTEC petrol engine. The diesel engine can generates 100 PS of power at 3600rpm and 200 NM of torque at 1750rpm while the petrol engine has capacity to produce 90 PS of power at 6000rpm and 110Nm of torque at 4800rpm. The diesel engine has a 6-speed manual transmission and petrol engine is mated to a newly developed 5-speed manual transmission.
The diesel engine can deliver best in segment ARAI certified fuel efficiency of 25.5 kmpl and petrol engine has capacity to give 17.5 kmpl of fuel efficiency. The vehicle measures 3,999 mm length, 1,734 mm width, 1,601 mm high and has 2,555 mm of wheelbase.
