Hyundai has re-launched its most popular car new Hyundai Santro in the Indian car market at a price tag beginning from Rs. 3.90 lakhs, ex-showroom Delhi. The car is available in five variants, seven colour options and AMT transmission. The car will be available in petrol and CNG variants. Mr. Shahrukh Khan the Bollywood actor was present during the Hyundai Santro launch.
The new Hyundai Santro will be available with five variants, namely Dlite entry-level variant, followed by Era, Magna, Sportz and top end variant Asta being the fully-loaded top-features. The Hyundai Santro CNG will be available only in the Magna and Sportz variants priced @ Rs. 5.24 lakhs and Rs 5.64 lakhs, ex-showroom. The AMT transmission option is also with the Magna and Sportz variants and is priced @ Rs. 5.19 lakhs and Rs 5.47 lakhs, ex-showroom Delhi.

The all-new compact hatchback Hyundai Santro has already received 23,500 pre-booking in 13 days. Company has spent a budget of $ 100 million i.e. 730 million on the construction of these cars. The car will be present in seven exterior colors. It included the Imperial Seed for the first time, Diana Greene.

New Hyundai Santro Engine:
It has 1086 cc, 4 Cylinder petrol/CNG engine that generate 69 ps of power @ 5500rpm and 10.1 kgm of torque @ 4,500 rpm. Its mileage is 20.3 km per liter for petrol variant. While the CNG mileage is 30.5 km per liter.

There are several other features, including foldable seats, species globe boxes, Affordable rear seats in the interior. Superior AC performance and Eco-Coating Technology has been used in the car. The car will have 100,000 kilometers of warranty and 3-year road side assistants service. The car has 17.64cm (7-inch display screen) in size Touchscreen AV System which is a wide screen with smart phone connectivity, voice recognition & navigation. It will be able to connect to Apple CarPlay and Android and Bluetooth.
The car is fitted with ABS technology for breaking safety feature. There will be an airbag for the driver seat and the rear parking camera.
