BMW India, the Indian subsidiary of the German luxury car manufacturer BMW has launched a new revamped version of the BMW X1 compact crossover SUV in the Indian auto market. The newly launched version of the car model has been introduced with new features and styling at an entry level price of Rs 27,90,000 (Ex-showroom Delhi).
The new BMW X1 is equipped with the existing 2.0-litre diesel motor but with improved mechanism to enable 181bhp of power and is mated to a new eight speed automatic gearbox.
Among the changes and new features of the new X1 compact crossover are a contoured bumper, redesigned fog lamp sockets and lower section and a new grille. The headlights of the car now feature new internal graphics and LED corona rings in select variants. The exterior mirrors have also been received changes in terms of the shape and addition of side repeater lights.
