Renault India, the Indian arm of the French automobile major Renault has launched an upgraded model of the Fluence premium sedan at a starting price of Rs 14,22,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The facelift model of the Fluence sedan features cosmetic upgrades to the existing car model while the technical specifications remain unchanged.
The revamped car was unveiled at the Delhi Auto Expo 2014. The new Fluence sedan is equipped with a 2 liter petrol engine and alternately a 1.5 liter K9K turbocharged diesel engine. The carmaker also offers the option of upgrading the car with a 1.6 liter diesel engine.
The new cosmetic changes include revamp to the exterior including a new bumper, a new front grille, new alloys and daytime LEDs. The interiors also get a new infotainment system with satellite navigation and new instrument cluster with analog and digital displays.
The French automaker also showcased the KWID Concept at the Delhi Auto Expo 2014.
