Mercedes-Benz India, the Indian arm of the German automobile manufacturer Mercedes-Benz has launched a revamped version of the E-Class luxury sedan in the Indian car market. The new luxury car is available in three variants, two of which are powered by a diesel engine and one which is powered by a petrol engine.
The petrol variant of the new revamped car is priced at Rs 41,50,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) and is equipped with the E200 CGI petrol engine. The lower model of the diesel powered variant is priced at Rs 44,48,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) while the higher model or the launch edition variant is available for Rs 49,50,000 (ex-showroom Delhi).
The carmaker plans to manufacture only 100 units of the launch edition diesel variant of the new upgraded car.
