With an aim to clear the pile up of stocks of the Vento Comfortline diesel sedan from the past year 2013, Volkswagen India is offering the car model in India as a special edition with added features.
Volkswagen India, the Indian arm of the German automobile major Volkswagen has announced a special edition of the Vento sedan for the Indian car market. The new offering namely the Vento Preferred has been announced at a price of Rs 10,74,000 (On-road price Mumbai).
The new limited edition of the Vento sedan is being offered by the carmaker along with the addition of various features. These include alloy wheels, chrome touch on window lines and door visors, a boot spoiler, side door protectors and a ‘Preferred’ badge on the boot lid on the exterior.
The interiors of the new limited edition model include a reversing camera display which doubles as a navigation system. Apart from the addition of these features, the German automaker is also providing free insurance for one year and free roadside assistance for four years.
The availability of the limited edition Vento Preferred will be based on the stocks with dealers.
