Mercedes-Benz India launched C-Class Grand Edition to celebrate 50,000th Mercedes-Benz car that rolled out of our from assembly plant located in Chakan, Pune Maharashtra (India). The car is available in petrol and diesel engine.
The diesel C-Class Grand Edition is powered by a 4-cylinder 2143 cc engine that delivers 170 hp of power @ 3,000-4,200 rpm and 400 Nm of torque @ 1,400-2,800 rpm, mated with 7G-TRONIC PLUS automatic transmission. The Petrol version will delivers 186 hp of power @ 5,600 rpm and 285 Nm of torque @ 2,400-4,000 rpm. It is also uses fuel saving technology like ECO START STOP. Its efficient and high-performance engineering provides the basis for a high standard of driving enjoyment.

Mercedes-Benz has also enhanced the telematics and multimedia centre of the C-Class Grand Edition with features such as an 11.4cm multifunctional colour display in the instrument cluster. Navigation with latest maps now features as standard in C-Class Grand Edition. There is complete integration of the in-car infotainment system and display with details featuring in instrument cluster display. Navigation allows integrating the destination directly, using the map and navigating to the selected point, whereas the brand logos act as indicators of points of interest such as at fuel filling stations and restaurants. There is also provision of fast zoom function with scale indicators and a different view for maps. Over 7.9 million key points of interest are featured including fuel filling stations, Mercedes-Benz dealership outlets, museums, restaurants and hospitals.
