Hyundai Motor India, the largest car exporter and the second largest car manufacturer in India has posted a marginal increase in its sales for the month of September 2014.
The automaker sold a total of 51,471 units in the month of September 2014 in comparison to 51,417 units sold in the same month in 2013. The domestic sales of the carmaker stood at 35,041 units in September 2014 in comparison to 30,601 units sold in September 2013, an increment of 14.5 percent.
The exports of the automaker declined by 21.1 percent with the sales of 16,430 units in the month in comparison to 20,816 units exported in the same month in 2014.
