Hyundai India, the second largest carmaker and the largest car exporter in India has announced discount schemes and benefits on the i10 and the i20 car models in order to boost sales amid slow economic activity in the Indian automobile industry.
The Korean automobile manufacturer is offering benefits worth Rs. 10,000 on the i10 Era hatchback car model which is now available at Rs. 3,59,000 in comparison to the earlier price of Rs. 4,09,000.
The Hyundai i20 is being offered with a discount of Rs. 30,000 and a chance to with a vacation trip to Singapore. The offers and discounts on the models by the carmaker are valid till July 31, 2013.
Other carmakers in India are also offering discount schemes and benefits to car buyers with the expectation of elevating the buyer sentiment and boost sales while the auto industry is witnessing a slowdown.
