Renault India, the Indian arm of the French automobile major Renault has relaunched the Scala Travelogue edition sedan for the Indian car market with new features and revamped exteriors. The Scala Travelogue edition is available for the Scala sedan specific to the RXL and RXZ variants of both petrol and diesel models as well as the CVT gearbox equipped Scala Automatic.
While the Travelogue Edition kit has been priced at around Rs 48,000 and the features include Turn indicators integrated into ORVMs, Chrome tipped exhaust finisher, satellite navigation, bluetooth connectivity for audio, rear sun shade and illuminated door sill plates.
The Travelogue Edition Scala sedan has an entry level price of Rs 8,48,000 while the top end model for the same costs Rs 10,51,000.
While currently the carmaker’s Duster SUV is the only car model in India with significant sales volumes, the automaker is looking at boosting sales of other car models by launching special editions and creating interest around the same.
