Volkswagen India has introduced a petrol version of its Jetta sedan in the country priced between the range of Rs 13,60,000-Rs 15,07,000 (Ex-showroom New Delhi). With the launch of a petrol variant, the company wants to provide the customers with a petrol option for the Jetta sedan.
The company has been selling only the diesel version of the car in India which had a price range between Rs 14,93,000 and Rs 18,90,000 (Ex-showroom New Delhi). The introduction of a petrol version has expanded the range and options for the customers.
The new petrol version of the sedan is powered by a 1.4 liter TSI petrol engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. According to Mr. Neeraj Garg Director Volkswagen Passenger Cars, the company offers a value for money petrol car with the new Jetta.
