Mercedes-Benz India has finally launched its Mercedes GLE Coupe in India at priced Rs. 86.4 Lakh ex-showroom (Mumbai), which will compete against BMW X6 model. This is the first launch in 2016 from Mercedes-Benz in India, it’s a product without a predecessor. The Mercedes 450 AMG GLE Coupe combines the emotional, timeless elegance of a coupe with the impressive dynamics of a sports car and the versatility and effortless superiority of the Mercedes-Benz world bestseller GLE.

The Mercedes GLE 450 AMG Coupe is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 Biturbo petrol engine technology, which is capable to produce 367 PS of power at 5,500–6000rpm and 520 Nm of torque at 1,800–4,000rpm. The coupe has a 9-speed automatic transmission and it can acceleration from 0 to 100 in just 5.7 seconds with top speed of 250 km/h. It also comes with Mercedes’ signature 4Matic all-wheel-drive system that comes with AMG-specific transfer case with a permanent 40:60 front/rear torque split, for improved handling dynamics.
