The Diamond Pin is an annual award given to select Volkswagen dealers across the globe who continuously display operational excellence in sales, servicing, customer satisfaction and parts sales over the years. The winner is selected by the Volkswagen Brand and this year there were a total of 60 winners across the globe, Mr. Shailesh Bhandari receiving a spot among the best from over 10,000 Volkswagen partners worldwide.

Mr. Bhandari is the second Volkswagen dealer principal to receive the prestigious pin in India, the first dealer principal was Mr. Sathish Kumaaran, Ramani Cars Pvt. Ltd., from South region of Volkswagen in India.
