K K Swamy who has been Toyota’ India operation – Toyota Kirloskar Motors public face since the last eleven years has resigned with effect from May 12. Swamy was the only Indian to hold a high post in Toyota Kirloskar Motors.
According to a company spokesperson Swamy has decided to move on seeking brighter prospects.
Although Mr. Swamy has declined to comment on which company he would be joining market sources said he may join Volkswagen as its managing director in India.
