The cheapest car in the world, also known as the Nano, which is produced by none other than Indian manufacturer Tata Motors is all set to enter the US and European markets by 2015.
Currently the Nano is not legally allowed to be sold in these parts of the world because it doesn’t meet many of the safety requirements. However, Tata Motors is currently reviewing how they can alter the car to make it street legal.
Mr. Ratan Tata, Chariman of Tata Group has already made the announcement that the car will be available in Western markets by 2015. Changes to the car will include the addition of Traction control, power steering and a larger engine.
