Skoda India has posted a 81 percent rise in sales in April 2008 as compared to April 2007. Skoda India’s sales rose to 1,814 units from 1,000 units.
The super hatchback Fabia which was launched in Auto Expo sold 834 units.
In 2008, Skoda plans to sell 10,000 units of Fabia and 15,000 units of Octavia, Laura and Superb.
