The bookings has opened for Renault Lodgy MPV in India at a down payment of Rs 50,000/- and expected to be launch in April month. The vehicle will compete against Honda Mobilio, Maruti Ertiga, Chevrolet Enjoy, Toyota Innova and the other models in the MPV segment.

The final version of Renault Lodgy is not confirmed yet but we expect the Lodgy we expected that the engine borrow from Duster, which is powered by a 1.5-litre K9K dCi 4-cylinder diesel engine that can produce 85 PS and 110 PS of power outputs. The 85PS will come with 5-speed manual transmission while the 110 PS will get 6-speed manual transmission. The engine is expected to give a certified mileage of 22kmpl for 85 PS and 20kmpl for 110 PS engine.

The 7-seater and 8-seater Renault Lodgy will come with 2,810 mm of wheelbase and measures 4,498 mm in length, 1,751 mm in width, 1,697 mm in height and 275 litres trunk capacity which can be expandable up to 1,861 litres with the 2nd and 3rd row folded.

In-terms of features, Renault Lodgy is expected to get features like a touchscreen multimedia infotainment system with USB, AUX connectivity, dual airbags, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors, steering-mounted controls and a navigation system. The interior will get dual-tone finish with piano-black centre console
The 7-seat people carrier vies to take on well established rivals like the Toyota Innova, Maruti Ertiga and Honda Mobilio and hence it comes prepared with features like a touchscreen multimedia infotainment system, dual airbags, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors and a navigation system.

The 7-seater and 8-seater Renault Lodgy MPV will be available at expected price range Rs. 8.5 to 13 lakh in India.
