Nissan India has announced the launch of Nissan Terrano Automatic in 6-Speed AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) at price range of Rs. 13.75 – 13.85 (lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi). The company has started accepting pre-bookings at deposit amount Rs. 25,000 while the sales will commence later this month. The car will be based on the top-end XVD Premium grade variant. The Terrano AMT will deliver an ARAI certified fuel efficiency of 19.61kmp, and the technology is borrowed from its Renault sibling Duster 6-speed Easy-R AMT.
The car is available only with top-end 1.5-liter dCi engine that generate 110 PS of power at 3,900 rpm and 248 Nm of torque at 2250 rpm.
It car is also equipped with Hill Assist Control and Electronic Stability Program (ESP) for traction and safety. The other features like, electrically folding exterior rear-view mirrors with integrated turn indicator, anti-pinch driver side window, new driver armrest, soft touch plastics on the dashboard, and door trim. Besides from these, white backlit illumination on door switches, new door trim design, one touch turn indicators, and automatic warning for emergency braking will be standard features across all variants.
