Renault launches the new Renault Fluence with new design and stylish front grille at starting priced Rs. 13.99 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi. The previous version of Renault Fluence was available with both petrol and diesel engine option but the refreshed version is available only in diesel engine. The vehicle has 1.5-litre dCi 4-cylinder, Direct Injection Diesel engine that will generates 110 PS of power @ 4,000rpm and 240 Nm of torque @ 1,850rpm, mated to a 6-speed manual transmission with ARAI certified fuel efficiency of 20.4 kmpl. New Renault Fluence has two variants: base variant is E2 and top variant called E4.
The New Renault Fluence provides entertainment features such as a 3D sound system by Arkamys with 4-speakers and 4-tweaters, Driver-aid technologies like automatic headlamps and rain sensing wipers, new front grille gives a sporty look, LED daytime running lights and projector headlamps.
The New Renault Fluence comes with numerous driver-aid technologies – smart access card with remote central locking, engine start/stop button, front and rear parking sensors as well as, automatic headlamps and wipers, digital instrumentation cluster, leather upholstery, dual-zone regulated air conditioning, rear sun blinds, cruise control, steering audio controls, rear AC vents, new Bluetooth radios equipped with USB and Auxiliary Output, Handsfree telephony, smart window roll up with one touch up & down windows.
In terms of safety features: SRS Airbags for driver and front passenger, side-chest level airbags for front seats, anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brake force distribution (EBD) and brake assist, electronic stability programme (ESP).
