The number one car maker Maruti Suzuki India has finally launched its refreshed version of new Maruti Swift DZire 2015 sedan in India at starting priced Rs. 5.07 lakh onwards. The pre-booking of new DZire had already started a week ago at the Maruti Suzuki dealership and the deliveries will commence now.
This vehicle is already very popular in the market and now the new DZire looking more stylish, and offering superior comfort & convenience features and enhanced fuel efficiency. Additionally it is being introduced in four new body colours which will be available in both, Petrol and Diesel fuel options.
New Maruti Swift DZire 2015 Technical Detail:
The vehicle has the same unchanged 1.2-litre petrol and 1.3-litre diesel engine but the company has tuned both to return better mileage. The Petrol variant is powered by 1197cc K series engine with VVT technology that generates 84.3 PS of power at 6,000rpm and 115Nm of torque at 4000 rpm. While the diesel variant is powered 1,248 cc DDiS engine technology that produces 75 PS of power at 4,000rpm and 190 Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm. The both engines have 5-speed manual transmission, but the 4-speed Automatic transmission is available only in VXi petrol variant.
New Maruti Swift DZire 2015 Mileage:
Swift DZire 2015 pegged as India’s most fuel efficient car, g 26.59 kmpl certified mileage for diesel engine which is improved up by around 13% while the petrol variant comes with 20.85 kmpl certified fuel efficiency, improvement of over 9% from the previous version. Several innovations by Maruti and Suzuki engineers to improve fuel efficiency include changes in engine hardware leading to improved thermal efficiency, reduced frictional losses and changes in engine calibration.
New Maruti Swift DZire 2015 New Looks and Changes:
The car comes with the refreshed clear winner, sports stylish new body coloured bumper, elegant headlamps with a black tinge, fog lamps bezel with chrome accents. It gets trendy high motion alloy wheels which help to enhance the style quotient of the new Dzire and Alp Blue is the character colour for new DZire.
