The Jaguar InControl Remote is enabled with smartphone control functions such as door unlocking or engine start from anywhere in the world. It has Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity for multiple devices connect to the internet and laser head-up display combines sharper images with compact, weight-saving design. The system is designed around an 8-inch touchscreen, a clear intuitive user interface which gives quick and easy access to all functions, voice control using plain speech means that drivers can keep their eyes on the road at all times.
Jaguar InControl Remote technology has capacity to allow users of iOS and Android smartphones to connect with car from wherever. They control a range of vehicle functions include seven-day timed pre-setting of the XE’s climate control system, locking or unlocking the doors, or starting the engine. Its Apps will allow users to seamlessly access smartphone apps through the car touchscreen, make a conference call, find a parking space and book a hotel room.
The new jaguar XE with the laser head-up display (HUD), projecting sharp and high-contrast colour images onto the windscreen. The driver will aware with information such as speed and navigation instructions. As well as better image quality, the laser HUD is smaller and almost a third lighter than existing systems.
The new Jaguar XE world premiere will be held in London on 8th, September.
