Mitsubishi Motors India has launched the Automatic Pajero Sport 4×2 with exterior changes, in India at price Rs. 23.55 lakh ex-showroom at Delhi. The Automatic Pajero Sport variant is available in 4×2 variant with features such as automatic climate control, reverse parking camera and infotainment system, integrated DVD player, a cooler box located in the boot and new chrome grille a fog lamp. Also the company added a touchscreen navigation and entertainment system with 4X4 variant and increased its price by Rs. 30,000.
The Pajero Sport Automatic engine is unchanged powered by the 2.5-litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged DI diesel technology that producing 178 PS of power @ 4,000 rpm and 350 Nm of maximum torque @ 1,800-3,500rpm. The rear wheels drive 5-speed automatic transmission will be more fuel efficient than the 4×4. The Pajero Sport manual has certified 12.1kmpl of fuel efficiency.
This Pajero Sport SUV will compete against Ford Endeavour,Hyundai Santa-Fe, Honda CR-V, Toyota Fortuner and Ssangyong Rexton.
