Maruti Suzuki, India’s largest car manufacturer has launched a limited edition automatic version of the A-Star named as the A-Star Aktiv. The new version of the hatchback has been priced higher than the existing car version by Rs 14,990.
The Japanese carmaker has launched the car version with the motive of bringing about some economic activity in the Indian car market. The limited version car is offered in two variants namely the VXi and the Vxi AT.
14 new features have been added to the A-Star Aktiv with the hike of Rs 14,990 in the cost of the existing version. The car is equipped with a 998cc K10B engine which offers a mileage of 19 kilometers per liter.
According to Mr. Manohar Bhat Vice President (Marketing) MSI, the company expects the new version of the car to meet positive reviews by customers.
