Maruti Suzuki, India’s largest car manufacturer has announced the Desert Storm motor rally to be held on February 18, 2013. The 11th edition of the motor rally event will be held in the Thar Desert in Rajasthan and will go on for six days.
The rally locations will include areas of Rajasthan such as Jaisalmer, Chattargarh, Bikaner, Gajnaur, Pokharn, Lakshmangarh and will cover a total distance of 2,500 kilometers. The rally will end on February 23, 2013 at Jaipur.
Participating in the annual motor rally will be 250 enthusiasts including couples, all women teams and elderly driver navigator teams. These teams will participate across various categories such as four wheeler, two wheeler and motorquad categories.
