The Maruti Suzuki India displayed two global models Concept CIAZ and SX4 S-CROSS at Auto Expo 2014. The Concept CIAZ was in Vintage Red Coloured and the SX4 S-CROSS in Imposing Rugged Black coloured.
Maruti Concept CIAZ:
Maruti Suzuki pavilion was shining with Concept CIAZ. It is a classy urbane A3-segment sedan especially designed by Suzuki Motor Corporation for leading markets such as India and China and company expected to strengthen company’s portfolio in upper A3 segment.
The Ciaz expected to powered by petrol and diesel engines and petrol version will be four-cylinder 1.4-liter K-Series engine that may be generates 95 PS of power and 130 Nm of torque.
Maruti Global SX4 S-Cross:
The Global model in imposing Rugged Black SX4 S-CROSS showcased as a reference vehicle at the show. The main attraction of features such as the Next-generation 4WD with ALLGRIP technology, 5-Star safety rating in Euro NCAP, Double sliding glass sunroof, Class-leading space for passengers and luggage, Distinctive crossover styling.
Globally the S-Cross is available in both petrol and diesel engine option: the petrol version is integrated with 1.6-liter engine that has 120 PS of power @ 6,000 rpm and 156 Nm of maximum torque @ 4,400 rpm mated with 5-speed manual a CVT Automatic transmission. The diesel version has Fiat 1.6-liter MultiJet engine generating 120 PS @ 3,750 rpm and 320 Nm of torque @ 1,750 rpm mated with a 6-speed manual transmission.
