India’s second largest auto maker Hyundai Motor India will launch a new model of its hatchback i10, with a 1.2 litre engine in a couple of months.
The current i10 comes with a 66.7 bhp powered engine is priced in the range of Rs 3.3 lakh to Rs 4.8 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The company had earlier announced a Rs 12,000 crore investment plan in the facility to reach a production capacity of three lakh engines per annum.
Hyundai is also planning to launch the LPG variant of its most successful model Santro, sedan Accent and hatchback Getz
