India’s largest car exporter and the second largest car manufacturer Hyundai India has announced the launch of the Trophy Tour in India as part of the Twenty20 World Cup activities in 2012. The company is the Official Partner of ICC and will be participating in various consumer-engagement initiatives for the ICC Twenty20 World Cup. The Trophy Tour will entail an exclusive display of the ICC World Twenty20 trophy at the Hyundai showrooms in the metro cities New Delhi, Chennai and Mumbai.
The company became the long-term official partner with ICC in 2011 and the Trophy Tour has been introduced by the company as part of the Twenty20 World Cup activities which will be held in Sri Lanka in September, 2012.
According to Mr. C H Han Executive Director Hyundai India, the company will engage in various activities to build up the awareness and buzz for the Twenty20 World Cup 2012 and the Hyundai brand. A special Hyundai car named ‘Fans of Brilliance’ will carry the Twenty20 World Cup Trophy which will be available for preview and photos at select dealerships.
