Force Motors has announced its plans to showcase its personal vehicle vertical at the Delhi Auto Expo in January 2012. With the development of personal vehicle division, the company will grow out of its commercial vehicle domain. The vehicles to be displayed will be the SUV Force One in two variants, a four-wheel drive and a concept luxury.
A hybrid Traveller coach is also being planned to be showcased at the Auto Expo along with a CNG variant in its commercial vehicle, the Trump. Another product that will be displayed by the company will be a 26-seater monocoque bus for which it plans to commence production from April 2012. The bus will also be offered in a luxury variant, a scaled down version of the Volvo luxury coaches, for seating 10-18 people.
Force Motors has signed a pact with Daimler AG for vans and the nature of the pact is technical collaboration. However, the bus which will be showcased at the Auto event has been developed internally without the help of Daimler AG.
