Skoda India, the Indian subsidiary of the Czech automobile manufacturer Skoda has launched the online booking option for car buyers in India. Users can now book any car model from the carmaker’s Indian portfolio by paying an amount of Rs 5,000. These online bookings include the new upcoming Octavia sedan car model.
The system designed by Skoda for online booking enables the users to decide and choose preferences including the color, variant and the ex-showroom price for the specific city of the user as also the choice of car dealer.
The payment for the booking can be made using various options such as net banking or credit/debit card. The option of payment by cheque is also possible wherein, the customers will need to give their details to allow a representative to collect the same.
Speaking about the company’s online booking initiative, Mr. Pawel Szuflak Director (Sales & Marketing) ŠKODA AUTO India stated that new online booking system is aimed at providing utmost convenience to the customers.
