The Maruti Suzuki India has added Z+ variant in Maruti Ciaz and launched Swift Windsong Special Edition variant in the first month of the year 2015. The both cars variants are available in diesel and petrol engine. The Maruti Ciaz ZXI+ petrol variant is available at Rs. 9,08,197 and Ciaz ZDI+ diesel variant cost at Rs. 10,37,423 ex-showroom, New Delhi while Swift Windsong Limited Edition VXI (petrll) variant cost is Rs. 5,14,973 and Swift Windsong Limited Edition VDI (diesel) is available at Rs. 6,10,246 ex-showroom, New Delhi.
Maruti Swift Windsong Edition features and technical details:
The Swift Windsong Edition variant car offer only 100 units for sale. Mechanically, it gets similar specifications, the diesel Swift Windsong is powered by a 1.3-litre DDiS engine churning 74 bhp of power and 190Nm of maximum torque while the petrol Swift Windsong has 1.2-litre K-Series VVT engine that produces 83.2 bhp of power and 115Nm of torque. The petrol engine is able to offer 20.4 kmpl mileage while diesel engine deliver 25.2kmpl mileage.
This limited Swift Windsong featured as music-themed black and yellow graphics from the front headlamps to rear tail-lamps on both sides of the car, front fog lamps, full wheel covers and outside rear view mirrors. Additionally it has new rear spoiler and an incorporated brake light indicator.
Inside the car, the yellow-black seat covers to steering wheel to define a sporty and stylish look, new touchscreen infotainment system from Sony replacing the regular 2-Din audio system. This system comes with Bluetooth & External Mic and USB connectivity, reverse parking sensors, ambient blue lighting on the front floor, illuminated door sills and ‘Swift Windsong’ badged floor mats along with rear upper roof spoiler.

Maruti Ciaz Z+ variant comes with an addition 7 inch Touchscreen Smartplay Infotainment System with Voice Commands to Navigate, stunning new 16-inch Alloy Wheels , Leather Steering Wheels and Seat Upholstery, Beltline Ornament and Trunk Lid Garnish.
In terms of safety it is loaded with Anti-lock braking system, Parking sensors, passenger and driver airbags, door ajar warning, crash sensor, anti-theft alarm.
Nothing mechanical changed in Z+ variants, have available in the same K14B petrol engine and DDiS200 turbo diesel engine. The 1373cc petrol engine generates 91.2bhp of power at 6000rpm and 130 Nm torque at 4000 rpm. The 1248cc diesel engine is producing 88.5bhp of power at 4000 rpm and 200Nm torque at 1750rpm. The both Z+ variants have a 5-speed manual transmission system.
