The Volvo cars India has launched the Volvo S60 Cross Country in India at Rs. 38.9 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi and Mumbai). The vehicle is based on its sedan S60 but called cross because it is between an SUV and a sedan with more spacious and bulky looks. It is look like the S60 sedan model but with SUV body cladding, faux brushed silver skid plates and a different grille.
Volvo S60 Cross Country Technical Detail:
The S60 Cross Country is also powered by the same engine 2.4-litre, 5-cylinder turbo diesel engine that produce 190PS of power at 4000rpm and 420 Nm of torque between 1500-3000rpm. It is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission with all-wheel drive as standard. The vehicle measure 1899 mm in with, 4638 mm in length and 1539 mm in height. It has 2774 mm of wheelbase and ground clearance of 201 mm, which is 65 mm more than S60 model.
