After speeding its way to clock the highest monthly sales volume of 10,000 units in April, 2011, Tata Nano is aiming for another feather in its hat. Tata Motors aims to launch a micro-hybrid version of Tata Nano by 2011 end.
Tata Motors is considering a micro-hybrid version with Start-Stop technology for world’s cheapest car Tata Nano. Though when contacted to confirm the news, a Tata Motors spokesperson commented the company “does not comment on the company’s product plans.”
