Skoda Auto India, the Czech automobile manufacturer’s Indian subsidiary on November 21, 2011 launched its new SUV Skoda Yeti 4×2. The new SUV is priced at Rs. 13,46,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) and will be offered in two variants namely Active and Ambition.
The new Skoda Yeti 4×2 is a two wheel drive car and is offered with diesel option. The car is also equipped with Hill Hold Control, ESP and Vario Flex. Further, the fuel efficiency of the car has also been improved.
With the launch of the new two wheel drive and diesel option, Skoda has extended its range of the Yeti SUV launched in November 2010. The Skoda Yeti 4×2 is powered by a 2 liter diesel engine with maximum 110PS at 4200rpm and maximum torque of 250Nm at 1500-2500rpm.
