Mercedes-Benz India, the Indian arm of the German luxury automobile manufacturer Mercedes-Benz has launched the Center of Excellence in the Indian auto market. The Center of Excellence will provide services such as customization and experience for the high performance car range by the carmaker.
India is one of the few automobile markets for Mercedes-Benz, where the automaker has launched its Center of Excellence. The carmaker currently sells the SLS AMG, the SLK 55 and the CLS Class car models from the AMG high performance car range.
According to Mr. Matthias Lurhs Vice President for Global Sales Mercedes-Benz, the new center will provide prospective customers the complete brand experience along with options to personalize and customize the AMG vehicles, including both exterior as well interiors of the cars.
Mr. Eberhard Kern Managing Director and Chief Executive Mercedes-Benz India commented at the launch of the Center that the Center of Excellence is part of the luxury carmaker’s effort to create customer differentiation and establish industry best practices.
