Indian second largest car manufacturer Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL), announced the price hike for its all models starting from Eon to Santa Fe up to Rs.5,000 and would be effective from 01st of November,2012.
“The price increase has been necessitated by a variety of input costs. We have tried to minimize the price increase to cause less inconvenience to our valued customers.” said Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Vice President – National Sales and marketing, Hyundai Motor India Ltd.
