Honda Siel Cars India reported a dip of 4 per cent in July sales to 4,339 units from 4,533 units last year. While, the cumulative sales from the January-to-July period was 36,849 units, a marginal rise of 0.2 percent, over same period last year. In July, Honda Siel sold 52 units of its first hybrid car Honda Civic Hybrid, launched in India in June 2008.
Honda sells sedans City ZX, Civic, Civic Hybrid and the new Accord along with SUV CRV. Honda will be launching the compact car Jazz in 2009.
