Fiat India Automobiles Ltd. has launched a special affinity program on August 11, 2011, for health care professionals in the country. The program which kicked off in August 2011 and ends in September 2011, offers the health care professionals the opportunity to avail benefits of Rs 12,000 on Linea and Rs. 9,000 on Punto respectively. The professionals can also participate in the ongoing promotions.
As a part of the program, the health care professionals can get their old car value compensated against the purchase of a new car. The program also offers home test drive services for doctors to promote easy buying. Moreover, as doctors are required to connect with their patients at any time during the day, Fiat’s Blue & Me feature enables them to connect with their patients while on the move.
Commenting on the ‘affinity program,’ Mr. Rajiv Bhatia, VP-Business Development, Fiat India stated that Fiat has been present in India since a decade and is committed in serving the Indian customers. As Fiat realized that doctors require comfortable and reliable customer service 24×7, it launched the ‘affinity program,’ by means of which it aims to recognize and appreciate the services of the doctors towards the community and help make their lives simpler.
