Fiat India has launched the revamped 2012 editions of the Fiat Linea sedan and the Punto hatchback on January 3, 2012. The new cars feature improved accessories and better ground clearance and are available in a new Oceanic Blue exterior shade. The grind clearance has been increased by 185mm in both the sedan and the hatchback for better road stability and driver comfort.
The interiors have been provided a dual tone combination of black and grey for a premium appearance. The new models also feature automatic climate control and rear vents as part of the air conditioning. An integrated audio system and central locking are a part of the base variant of the Punto. The Linea sedan base model has been provided various safety features such as airbags, ABS and EBD systems. The mid variant will offer better Bluetooth connectivity. Common feature in both the Linea and the Punto are the rain sensing wipers and automatic lights.
