Fiat Automobiles India has launched Fiat Avventura CUV (Contemporary Urban Vehicle) at starting price Rs. 5.99 lakh ex-showroom Delhi with both petrol and diesel engine technology, designed with iconic Italian styling and loaded with modern features. Company said that the Fiat Avventura is basically designed to keep Indian consumers need and it will be produced at its own Fiat Ranjangaon plant in Pune Maharashtra. It is the first CUV conceptualised for India and completely manufactured in India.

Fiat Avventura Petrol version is available with 1.4-litre FIRE engine technology that produce 90 PS of power @ 6,000 rpm and 115 Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm. The engine claimed to deliver 14.4 kmpl of certified mileage. While the Diesel Avventura packed with award-winning 1.3L MultiJet technology that generates 93 PS of power at 4,000 rpm and 209 Nm of maximum torque at 2,000rpm, claimed to deliver 20.5 kmpl of best fuel economy. The both engines have 5-speed manual transmission and the best is its high 205mm of ground clearance.
