Nissan Motors officially launched the Datsun GO hatchback in India on Wednesday at price range between Rs. 3.12 to 3.70 lakhs. This is the first hatchback model from Datsun brand after the revival of the company by Nissan. As per company media and news source Datsun offered three variants with GO model namely D, A and T, but we can see one more variant called D1 on the website.
The Datsun GO has 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine that generates 68 PS of power and 110Nm of maximum torque with fuel efficiency of 20.63 kmpl. The engine can accelerate 0-100 km/h in just 13.3 seconds and mated with 5-speed manual transmission.
The car will be competes against Maruti Alto 800 & Alto K10, Ford Figo, Hyundai Eon and Hyundai i10 in the Indian market. It is available with four colors option: Sky, White, Silver and Ruby.
