The German luxury car manufacturer Audi has launches the entry level car Audi A3 Sedan in India at priced range between Rs. 22.95 lakh and Rs 32.66 lakhs in ex-showroom Delhi. The A3 Sedan is cheapest and smallest vehicle in company range of vehicle available in both petrol and diesel engine .
Company has started its production from Volkswagen group firm Skoda’s at Aurangabad plant. The Audi A3 Sedan will be the sixth model to be produced at the plant.
Dr. Hubert Waltl, Audi Board Member for Production, said that “the local production of the Audi A3 Sedan in India is in continuation of our growth strategy and consistent focus on the Indian market,”.

Audi A3 Sedan Petrol engine:
The petrol version of A3 Sedan is powered by a 1.8-litre, 1798cc 4-cylinder, TFSI technology that delivers 180 PS maximum power output at 5,100-6,200 rpm and 250 Nm of torque at 1,250-5,000 rpm that gives 16.60 kmpl mileage. It is mated to a 7-speed S-tronic automatic transmission which has capacity to reach from 0 to 100 in just 7.3 seconds and top speed is 250 kmph.
Audi A3 Sedan Diesel engine:
The diesel variant is available with 1,968cc, 2.0-litre 4-cylinder, TDI engine technology which producing 143 PS of power at 3500-4000 rpm and 320Nm of maximum torque at 1750-3000 rpm that gives 20.38 kmpl mileage. This vehicle is mated to a 6-speed S-tronic automatic transmission which has capacity to reach from 0 to 100 in just 8.6 seconds and top speed is 215 kmph.
