The Japanese auto maker Nissan has launched the sports car Nissan GT-R in India priced at priced Rs. 1.99 Crore (ex-showroom, Delhi). The car has displayed in Auto Expo 2016 and company announced to launch the car in India soon. The current generation GT-R is the first time Nissan has dropped the Skyline badge from the car and made a purpose built GT-R sports car.
Nissan GT-R technical details:
The Nissan GT-R is powered by a twin-turbo 3.8-liter V6 engine that produces 570 PS of power at 6800rpm and 637Nm of maximum torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission and it has capacity to go from 0 to 100kmph mark in just under 3 seconds before maxing out at a top speed of 315kmph.
Nissan GT-R features:
The new 4-seater (2+2) Nissan GT-R coupe is compact, stylish and more powerful than ever before. The front face with a new grille is allowing more air in to aid better engine cooling. The car comes with high-grade leather and other premium quality materials, also it gets leather appointments on the centre console, door panels, and shift lever surround, while hand-stitching and available semi-aniline leather on the seats are a tactile and visual feast. The car comes in five colour options – Katasura Orange, Pearl Black, Gun Metallic, Ultimate Silver, Daytona Blue, Vibrant Red, Storm White.
The stylish GT-R is available with great features like a customisable touchscreen infotainment display with additional controls placed behind the gearshifter, multi-functional steering wheel, rear-view camera and an audio system from Bose with 11 speakers. The new titanium mufflers and Active Sound Enhancement (ASE) generate an excellent music track, sticky 20-inch tires, wrapped around new “Y-spoke” machine-finished forged aluminium wheels.
