UM Motorcycles – the Indian arm of the American motorcycle maker, UM International, along with Lohia Auto has opened its fifth dealership in India and first dealership in Mumbai. The dealership will be called Western UM, and is situated at 7/8 Borkar Compund, on Western express highway, near Magathane at Borivali East. Spread over an area of approx. 2900 sqft, the dealership facility has a showroom integrated with an after-sales service facility to ensure that the customers receive best-in-class pre and post sales ownership experience.
Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Rajeev Mishra, Director – UML, said, “We are proud to inaugurate our fifth Indian dealership. This is our 1st showroom in Mumbai. This is an important milestone for us in our extensive dealership network rollout programme which is currently underway at UM Motorcycles, India. For a city which is always on the move, UM Motorcycles will provide the bike lovers of Mumbai another dose of world-class mobility solution. This new dealership in Borivali will allow us to meet the demands of our rapidly growing customers and will set a new benchmark for service and support making buying and owning an UM Motorcycle a truly enjoyable experience. The new UM Motorcycle dealership will provide the prospective customers of UM Motorcycles a venue to know our products up close and personal.” Currently, UM manufactures two variants of the Renegade cruiser motorcycle in India, but they also plan to bring in additional models in the coming year.
