German carmaker Mercedes-Benz has inaugurated its largest luxury car showroom in India at Indore Madhya Pradesh on February 20, 2012. The company’s new showroom is also its first in the state of Madhya Pradesh and has been established with an investment of Rs. 5 crore. The full range of Mercedes-Benz car models in India is being showcased at this showroom spread over 20,000 sq. ft. area.
The showroom opened as a dealership namely Benchmark Cars Indore also accommodates a special accessories zone as well as an exclusive customer lounge with Mercedes-Café and thus is a 3S dealership (Sales, Services & Spares). At the inaugural event, Mr. Debashis Mitra, Director, Sales & Marketing, Mercedes-Benz India stated that the new showroom will help cater to the Mercedes-Benz customers in the Madhya Pradesh region and prove the company’s commitment to the Indian market.
To provide a Mercedes-Benz experience to customers, the facility offers a drive-in valet service, audio-visual presentations and boutique collection apart from the exclusive customer lounge and a separate driver’s lounge. Moreover, it also provides dedicated services and assistance for insurance, car loans and car leasing options.
