Autobahn Enterprises, Skoda’s authorized dealership in Mumbai has organized a drive to provide customers and enthusiasts a unique opportunity to fully experience the off-roading capabilities of the Yeti in a safe and exciting environment. The drive will provide behind the wheel experience in a powerful SUV on August 27th and August 28th, 2011, from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the parking lot of In-Orbit Mall in Malad West (Mumbai).
An artificial course/track would be built for the customers to experience different off the road functionalities and features of the Skoda Yeti such as-
1. Slalom: Set up of 6 cones to simulate the ease of maneuvering the car in the city.
2. Wet Zone: To experience features like ABS and EBD
3. Parking Zone: To Demonstrate the Parktronic Feature
4. The Hill Climb: To experience the Hill Hold Control and the Hill Descent Control
5. The River Bed: For the Rough Road Package
6. The Headlamp Demo: To Showcase the moving of the Headlamps while cornering
The first ever performance drive will enable the customers to experience the dynamism and versatility of the Skoda Yeti. The customers will experience best-in-class advanced 4×4 with off-road technology apart from experiencing unmatched off-road credentials afforded by latest and clever technology.
